Meet Your Parish Councillors – Welcome to Great Tey Parish Council

Welcome to Great Tey Parish Council.

Your Parish Councillors are local residents who have volunteered their time to represent the community and help make Great Tey a great place to live, work, and visit:

Chair: Councillor Timothy Frances

Vice Chair: Councillor Robert Frost

Councillor Robin Bartleet

Councillor Carol Hill

Councillor Alan Warnes

Councillor Yvonne Marriott

The Parish Council is the first level of local government and plays an important role in listening to residents, understanding local concerns, supporting village projects, maintaining community facilities, and working with other organisations to protect and enhance the character of our parish.

We believe it is important that residents know who their councillors are and feel confident approaching them with ideas, questions, or concerns. Your councillors live within the community and are here to listen, represent your views, and work together for the benefit of everyone in Great Tey.

Each councillor brings their own experience, knowledge, and perspective to the Council. Through discussion, collaboration, and engagement with residents, we aim to make decisions that reflect the needs and aspirations of our village.

We encourage you to get to know your Parish Councillors and to take an interest in the work of the Council. You can attend Parish Council meetings, contact councillors directly, or follow updates to stay informed about local matters.

Thank you to all our councillors for giving their time and commitment to serving Great Tey, and thank you to our residents for your continued support and involvement in our community.

Together, we can continue to make Great Tey a welcoming and thriving parish.
